We are a small mobile, family run computer repair service based in Stoke on Trent. We specialise in computer repair stoke on trent. We aim to offer these services within your own home as it is often more appropriate to carry out these repairs / upgrades to suit you and fix your computer for you in no time. We can also spend time ensuring that your computer is fully operational. Let's face it, there can be nothing more annoying than having your computer repaired or upgraded via a shop, getting it operational. We will endeavor to mend your computer at your home,or if we can't, will take it away and deliver it back to you. We will ensure that your computer is fully operational before we leave and can offer you further assistance via the internet.

We cover all areas of Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme. If our services are required further afield we will need to charge a call out fee. We can offer remote assistance (i.e. via the internet) to all areas of the country. See the page detailed Remote. We will visit your home in pairs to ensure a fast and efficient service. We also have public liability insurance.

Computer going slow?

If your PC is slow then call us and we will come to your house and fix it or even better we can fix it over the Internet which means that it will be done much quicker and cheaper.

Have a Virus?

We understand how annoying viruses, spyware and ad-aware can be. It takes hours just trying to load a simple program. The answer is simply call us and we will come and remove it for you in your own home, saving you the trouble of taking your PC to a computer shop.

A new network? Have more then one computer? Want to go wireless? If so then we can do it for you. It might seem easy to set up a network but the challenge is ensuring that your network is secure. If your security is not set properly then other people might be using your Internet or even looking at your private files on your computer.
